To go down the road to a better life,
we must understand the reality of…

WHAT IS A PICOTOXIN?

Let’s start by breaking down the name, Picotoxin into Pico and Toxin.

PICO DEFINED

▪️Pico- is 1,000th of a nano.
▪️Nano- is 1,000th of a micro.
▪️Micro- is 1,000th of a milli.
▪️Milli- is 1,000th of a standard measure, like a gram or meter.

PICO = VERY TINY

A Pico is obviously something Very Tiny.

MILLI, MICRO, and NANO.

We all know 500 mg (milligrams) of Vitamin C can help prevent colds and heal bruises. That’s why we eat oranges and other Vitamin C foods.

A milligram (mg) is 1 thousandth of a gram.

Micrograms and nanometers are commonly used in high precision environments.

MICROGRAMS OF B12 NEEDED

For example, look at medicine. Every human requires Vitamin B12 supplementation due to manmade oxygen depletion of the Earth.

For humans over 12-years-old…

The UK government says humans need 1.5 micrograms (mcg = micrograms) a day, the US National Institutes of Health and the government of Japan advises 2.4mcg per day, and the European Food Safety Authority says 4mcg a day is adequate. The obvious conclusion is that humans need Vitamin B12.

However, about 40% of Americans are B12 deficient. The vast majority of these people (almost all) are Carnarians (people who consume MEDs, AKA: Meat, Eggs, and/or Dairy in their diet or eating plan). MEDs were the traditional sources of B12 before the industrial revolution and the consumption of oxygen by farmed animals.

MEDs are also the primary source of Picotoxins. Picotoxins are the leading cause of disease, disability, and death throughout the world.

To a lesser extent oxygen is consumed by machinery (factories, cars, busses, motorcycles, trucks, heavy construction equipment, home or business generators, trains, airplanes, ships, power plants, building heating, and even lawnmowers!).

However, farmed animals consume as much as 52% of all oxygen. All transportation combined consumes only about 12%.

O2 vs O3 vs B12

Less Oxygen = Less B12. Simple!

Oxygen (O2) is needed by our body to survive. Oxygen Deprivation will usually cause our brain to die in under six minutes, and our body soon after.

Ozone (O3), which everyone talks about being depleted, is also made from the exact same Oxygen molecules as O2 (breathable oxygen). Less O2 means less O3 to protect the earth and we who live here.

Oxygen is also required for certain bacteria that produce Vitamin B-12 as a byproduct. No Animals produce Vitamin-B12 as a body function. Animals need to ingest and digest B12 for their bodily needs. Cattle ranchers need to feed cows Cobol, etc. so the bacteria in their stomachs can produce cobalamin (B12). Workers on a pig farm usually inject pigs with B12. The deprecation of oxygen in the earth’s atmosphere has reduced the global amount of B12 to the point that 2 out of 5 Americans are B12 Deficient. This has led us to the recommendation that all humans, especially those who eat meat, should supplement with B12. (However, there are certain members of the VeKind Revolution, who have discovered a way to be healthy eating a Plant-Only Plan without Vitamin-B12 supplementation.

TINY MEASUREMENTS

Likewise in high precision mechanics, tiny measurements are used. For example, in a high-quality watch, you might find a gear specified in nanometers.

TECHNICALLY PICO

▪️Milli- (symbol m) is a unit prefix in the metric system denoting a factor of one thousandth (10−3). Proposed in 1793 and adopted in 1795, the prefix comes from the Latin mille, meaning “one thousand” (the Latin plural is milia).
100 mg = 100 miligrams.

▪️Micro- (Greek letter μ or legacy micro symbol µ) is a unit prefix in the metric system denoting a factor of 10−6 (one millionth). Confirmed in 1960, the prefix comes from the Greek μικρό (mikró), meaning “small”. The symbol for the prefix comes from the Greek letter μ (mu) “mc” is also used for micro in medicine. 100 mcg and 100 µg are equal to 100 micrograms.

▪️Nano- is a unit prefix meaning “one billionth”. Used primarily with the metric system, this prefix denotes a factor of 10⁻⁹ or 0.000000001. It is frequently encountered in science and electronics for prefixing units of time and length. Examples: One nanometer is about the length that a fingernail grows in one second.
100 ng is equal to 100 nanograms.

▪️Pico- (symbol p) is a unit prefix in the metric system denoting a factor of 10−12 (0.000000000001), or one trillionth in short scale nomenclature.
100 pg is equal to 100 picograms, a very tiny amount indeed.

COMMONLY PICO

Pico- also is used as a prefix for anything that is extremely small, perhaps unseeable with the naked eye.

In the word Picotoxin, this definition applies to Pico, something that is very tiny in comparison to other food ingredients.

TOXIN DEFINED

A toxin is already well understood. In common terms used by the man on the street, a toxin is a poison. In other words, a human toxin damages or destroys (poisons) the human body. Simple.

A Picotoxin, therefore is a very tiny toxin or poison, found in some commonly eaten foods that physically damages or destroys a part of the human body. As this damage builds up over time, it turns into Picotoxemia, the leading cause of human death.

AVOIDING PICOTOXEMIA

It is actually easy to avoid Picotoxemia and all the horrible disease and death associated with it.

Just avoid Picotoxins!

HEALING PICOTOXEMIA

Some Picotoxemia can be reversed and healed by removing picotoxins from our choices of what to eat.
